Healthy French Toast (with Ezekiel Bread)

This is the Best Easy Healthy French Toast Recipe! I used Ezekiel bread to make my French toast, but you can use any bread you prefer.

What you need

cup unsweetened almond milk

egg nog

tsp cinnamon

tsp vanilla

tbsp coconut sugar

tsp coconut oil
Instructions
0 In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, egg, cinnamon, vanilla and coconut sugar. 1 Place coconut oil into a pan over medium heat. 2 Dunk the slices of bread into the liquid mixture (one at a time). Make sure you flip the bread to coat both sides evenly. Then, place the slices of soaked bread into the hot pan. You should hear a sizzle when the bread hits the pan. 3 Cook 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. 4 Serve with toppings of choice!View original recipe
